A product development team that builds its own products first (Arheev and Omnotic), then ships yours. We understand what it takes, because we build our own.

One team. Shared context. No handoffs.
Full Product Teams
React, TypeScript, React Native, Node.js. Frontend, backend, mobile, and deployment, delivered by one team with shared context.
Targeted Engagements
Project stalled? Architecture needs a second opinion? We step in for focused sprints: React Native, TypeScript, and build pipelines.
Selective Investment
When we believe in a product, we invest our own capital and engineering time. It's rare, but when we commit, we're fully in.
We built Arheev with the same stack and processes we use for every client project. We face the same technical decisions you do, and we solve them first.
Core stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js.

01 Full Stack Product Development
Frontend in React + TypeScript. Backend in Node.js. Mobile with React Native. Database, infrastructure, deployment. One team, end to end.
02 Mobile Apps (React Native)
Android and iOS from a single codebase. Offline-first architecture with background sync. We build Arheev Mobile with the same approach.
03 Web Applications
Fast, responsive applications built with React, TypeScript, and Astro. Performance and SEO considered from day one, not bolted on later.
04 Third-Party Integrations
Stripe, Twilio, payment processors, CRMs: authentication, data syncing, webhooks, and error recovery across the full integration lifecycle.
05 Technical Consulting
Architecture reviews, performance audits, and hands-on problem-solving for teams that need senior engineering input without a long-term commitment.
06 AI Workflow Implementation
We digitalize slow, manual workflows for SMEs and enterprises, then enrich them with AI where it actually earns its place. Old processes first, models second.
Building products for US startups since 2013. Now building our own.
14 engineers and designers. Fully remote since 2023, founded March 2025. We've shipped from New York, Austin, and San Francisco: over 80 MVPs prototyped and shipped. That experience shapes how we work with every client.
How we work
- 2-week sprints with working software
- Same engineer from kickoff to production
- Realistic timelines, consistently met
Not how we work
- Open-ended discovery phases
- Rotating teams with no continuity
- Research projects that never reach production
Software we built. Hardware we ship.
Arheev
Time off in spreadsheets, records across three tools, so we built our own. Arheev is HR management for growing teams: time off, employee records, presence tracking, and documents in one place. We run it internally every day.
Omnotic
Our POS hardware brand for the Serbian market: the THP-803 thermal receipt printer and the MPOS-M6-150 modular terminal, built for hospitality, retail, and logistics. We took it to market ourselves: brand, website, sales channel, inventory, and support.
More than a blog. It's our point of view.

Omnotic is our POS hardware brand for the Serbian market: a thermal printer that doesn't stop and a terminal that doesn't become outdated. We didn't engineer the devices. We built everything around them, and that turned out to be the hard part.
The Velocity Metric That Quietly Broke Our Client
A client was tracking story points per sprint like it was the gospel. The number went up every quarter. Their product got worse every quarter. Here's how one bad metric quietly hollowed out an engineering team, and what we use instead.
How We Hire Engineers
Take-home assignments felt fair until we realized they were filtering out good engineers for the wrong reasons. Here's the hiring process we run at Norveon today, and why we think it works better.
Let's build something together.
Tell us what you're building. We'll assess the fit, provide a realistic timeline, and share a transparent cost estimate.
